The trip to Edinburgh was supposed to be very short, but it was cut even shorter thanks to the ash from the unpronouncable volcano in Iceland. Our original flight was cancelled, and it was only after spending 8 hours in Stansted airport that we could finally board a plane. As a result, we had only one day there.
